LIST in Leipzig
LIST has had a presence in Leipzig since June 2023—and its launch was anything but quiet. What began with three colleagues is now a location with about 40 employees from four companies:
LIST Bau Leipzig, LIST Ing, LIST Eco, and LIST Bau Holding. The growth achieved in just two and a half years speaks for itself.
In May 2024, the company moved into new offices in Paunsdorf—providing more space for a team that needs it. Here, different departments work together under one roof: short communication lines, direct coordination, and no need to go through other locations. Anyone based at LIST in Leipzig has our entire value chain within easy reach.
The location has a broad scope of operations. Logistics properties, cold storage facilities, and business parks form the core—supplemented by data centers and residential construction. Leipzig, as one of Germany’s fastest-growing cities, offers the perfect setting for this: Demand for high-quality real estate in the Central German region is growing steadily.
