Leipzig

Leipzig is booming—and LIST is building right here. At our Paunsdorf location, industrial charm meets modern work environments, and a young team tackles real-world projects. There’s still a lot going on here—and that’s exactly what makes it interesting.

LIST in Leipzig

LIST has had a presence in Leipzig since June 2023—and its launch was anything but quiet. What began with three colleagues is now a location with about 40 employees from four companies:

LIST Bau Leipzig, LIST Ing, LIST Eco, and LIST Bau Holding. The growth achieved in just two and a half years speaks for itself.
In May 2024, the company moved into new offices in Paunsdorf—providing more space for a team that needs it. Here, different departments work together under one roof: short communication paths, direct coordination, and no need to go through other locations. Those based at LIST in Leipzig have our entire value chain within easy reach.
The site has a broad range of activities. Logistics real estate, cold storage facilities, and business parks form the core—supplemented by data centers and residential construction. Leipzig, as one of Germany’s fastest-growing cities, offers the perfect setting for this: demand for high-quality real estate in the Central German region is growing steadily.
Beyond Leipzig, the location is well-connected: joint projects with other construction companies demonstrate that we don’t work in silos here. If you want to be part of our growth story—welcome to Leipzig.

All parties benefited from Deutsche Post AG’s long-standing partnership with the List Gruppe and the completion of numerous projects. For the newly founded company LIST Bau Leipzig, this provided the ideal framework for its first independently managed project. Workflows and processes were standardized during this period and contributed to efficiency during construction. The team was supported within the List Gruppe by LIST Bau Nordhorn and LIST Bau Holding. The project was handed over in May 2024 after only seven months of construction.
