Estimator (m/f/d) for Turnkey Industrial Construction
LIST Bau Holding serves as the central point of contact for all construction projects within the List Gruppe. We support our general contractors and coordinate operational tasks. Your Responsibilities
Do you think strategically, calculate precisely, and keep the big picture in mind? Then we’d love to have you on board for these tasks:
- Preparing proposals: You’ll develop proposals, special recommendations, and alternatives for technical and economic optimization.
- Submitting price inquiries: You’ll submit price inquiries to our subcontractors and suppliers and assist with contract award negotiations.
- Maintain cost estimate data: You’ll determine quantities, create bill of quantities, and maintain cost estimate data.
- Close collaboration: You’ll work closely with the project execution and project teams.
Your Profile
Your organized and methodical approach to work enables you to consistently achieve optimal results. The following experience and knowledge round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a cost estimator in the construction industry
- Strong aptitude for numbers and good organizational skills
- Proficiency in using quantity takeoff and cost estimation tools, ideally RIB iTWO
- A high level of technical understanding
