Sales Engineer (m/f/d) Turnkey Industrial Construction
LIST Bau Holding serves as the central point of contact for all construction projects within the List Gruppe. We support our general contractors and coordinate operational tasks. Your Responsibilities
Do you think strategically, calculate precisely, and keep the big picture in mind? Then we’re excited to have you take on these responsibilities:
- Developing proposals, special recommendations, and alternatives for technical and economic optimization, and discussing them with clients
- Submitting price inquiries to our subcontractors and suppliers and assisting with contract award negotiations
- Quantity takeoff, preparation of bills of quantities, and maintenance of cost estimation data
- Working closely with the operations and project teams
Your Profile
Your organized and methodical approach to work enables you to consistently achieve optimal results. The following experience and knowledge round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a sales engineer or cost estimator in the construction industry
- Strong aptitude for numbers and good organizational skills
- Proficiency in using quantity take-off and cost estimation tools, ideally RIB iTWO
- A high level of technical understanding
