Specialized Construction Manager for MEP (m/f/d) – Utility Systems

Your Responsibilities
You’re well-versed in MEP engineering and are always eager to take on new challenges! Here’s what you can expect from us:
- Technical project management for building services with a focus on utility systems
- Representing our interests as a general contractor in dealings with subcontractors and clients
- Technical review of conceptual and detailed design plans, as well as monitoring of quality, schedules, and costs
- Trade-specific coordination of the construction site and project support during the warranty period
Your Profile
With your dedicated and personable manner, you’ll fit right in with us! The following experience and qualities round out your profile:
- Engineer in building services engineering, or alternatively, further training as a technician or master craftsman
- Experience in managing building services systems and expertise in building services engineering
- Proficiency in all standard MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel extensively during the week
- A sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
