Property Manager (m/f/d) – After-Sales / Facility Management

Your Responsibilities
Just in time for the final inspection of our construction projects, you’ll take the reins and independently manage after-sales and warranty services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the rectification of defects by subcontractors
- Participating in on-site inspections with experts and reviewing claims regarding defects
- Providing technical support and advice to our clients, as well as organizing the flow of information among all parties involved
- Handling documentation and invoice verification
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance cycles
Your Profile
A strong sense of responsibility and service orientation, along with self-organization, form the foundation of your approach. Your profile is further enhanced by the following experience and skills:
- A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or facility management—or, alternatively, advanced training as a technician or master craftsman in building construction, MEP, or comparable fields
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in turnkey construction, e.g., as a construction manager
- Proficiency in all standard MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel 2 to 3 days a week
