Your Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for the operational construction management of turnkey building construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with technical clarifications and the awarding of subcontractor contracts
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Coordinating with specialist engineers
- Quality and schedule control
Your Profile
You feel most at home right on the construction site, because that’s where you have a clear overview of everything. The following points round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or as a state-certified technician
- A structured and independent work style
- Strong customer-service orientation and a high level of commitment
- Willingness to travel to construction sites within a radius of approximately 300 km around Leipzig
