As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. Everything we do is focused on offering better real estate. We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!
A hallmark of LIST is treating everyone as equals—our hierarchies are flat, and there’s no such thing as “you” versus “us.” We encourage open, interdisciplinary collaboration among colleagues, and we believe there’s no such thing as a “dumb” question. We consistently receive top ratings in employer reviews and have been recognized as a “TOP Company” by kununu for years.
