Your Responsibilities
You’ll support the project team in managing our turnkey construction projects from the office, though occasionally you’ll also work directly on-site. In this role, you’ll take on the following responsibilities:
- Planning management for plans created internally and/or externally
- Preparation of sample documentation
- Supporting the procurement process by contributing to bidder lists, specifications, and material requests; evaluating bids; participating in award meetings; and preparing award minutes and contract documents
- Assisting with the review of invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparing project-specific audit documentation for our clients
