Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
You’ll support your colleagues in sales and take on the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating those involved in the sales process
- Independently handling correspondence
- Evaluating offer documentation and documenting discrepancies
- Digital documentation and filing
- Summarizing the results to create a quote
Your Profile
Your organizational skills and ability to get things done have often helped you succeed. You also recognize yourself in the following points:
- A successfully completed degree in civil engineering or architecture, vocational training in a technical field (e.g., architectural draftsman/woman), or further training as a technician
- Strong technical understanding
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- A systematic, goal-oriented, and independent work style, as well as strong communication skills
- Enjoyment of working in a team
