LIST has been based in Hünstetten since April 2013—and what has been achieved during this time cannot be measured solely in terms of projects. The team has grown to about 40 employees, with very few leaving.

LIST Rhein‑Main Construction is represented at this location—with a clear focus on specific areas. The emphasis is on hospitality, healthcare, and social-service facilities, as well as office and administrative buildings, complemented by industrial and manufacturing facilities and residential construction. These are asset classes with substance and social relevance—buildings that people use and need every day.
The team is organized into five units: Sales and Estimating, three project teams, a MEP team, and the administrative team. Short lines of communication, clear responsibilities, and a sense of connection within LIST that is evident in day-to-day operations—Hünstetten doesn’t work in isolation, but with the backing of a nationwide company.
