Your Responsibilities
You’ll keep everything running smoothly on the construction site—from the initial meeting to final inspection. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Coordination & Management: You’ll manage and coordinate workflows on the construction site in close collaboration with our construction and project management teams.
- Quality Management: Material inspections according to specifications and plan reviews are part of your daily routine—you ensure that quality is never left to chance.
- Subcontractor Coordination: You’ll be the primary point of contact for subcontractors on the construction site.
- Construction Site Safety: You bear primary responsibility for ensuring safe construction operations on-site.
- Defect Management: You identify defects, document them thoroughly, and consistently follow up to ensure they are rectified.
Your Profile
You know construction sites not just from textbooks. What you bring to the table:
- A completed technical or trades-based apprenticeship in the construction industry—e.g., as a mason, reinforced concrete worker, carpenter, roofer, or similar
- Several years of professional experience on a construction site is a plus
- Clear communication and a confident demeanor when dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies
- A structured approach to work, initiative, and the ability to handle pressure
- You’re a team player and eager to make a difference together
- A driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively
