Your Responsibilities

You always find your way through the jungle of numbers, and when it comes to the following tasks, no one can outdo you:

• On-site assessment and quantity takeoff
• Independently managing a comprehensive cost estimate involving all relevant disciplines
• Actively participating in project selection and attending project meetings
• Identifying and evaluating opportunities, risks, and cost increases
• Managing the databases

Your Profile

Your organized and methodical approach to work enables you to consistently achieve optimal results. The following experience and knowledge round out your profile:

• A completed degree in civil engineering or architecture, or certification as a state-certified construction technician
• Several years of professional experience in this role, ideally in the field of remodeling and renovation
• Experience with industry-specific software such as RIB iTWO is desirable
• Diligence, a sense of responsibility, and reliability
• Customer focus and the ability to work well in a team
