Your Responsibilities
You always find your way through the jungle of numbers—and when it comes to the following tasks, no one can outdo you:
- Overall Cost Estimation: Independently calculating costs for turnkey construction projects—from the initial cost estimate to the final bid submission
- Project selection: Actively participating in the evaluation and selection of suitable projects
- Client consulting: Providing project-specific advice and support to our clients on all matters related to costs and cost estimation
- Business Development: Passionately acquiring new clients and strategically expanding our network
- Database management: Maintaining and further developing our costing databases
Your Profile
Your organized and methodical approach to work enables you to consistently achieve optimal results. The following experience and knowledge round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering or architecture, or certification as a state-certified construction technician
- Several years of professional experience in this role, ideally with an established network
- Experience with industry-specific software such as RIB iTWO is desirable
- Conscientiousness, a sense of responsibility, and reliability
- Customer focus and the ability to work well in a team
