Estimator (m/f/d) for Structural Work

Your Responsibilities
You always find your way through the jungle of numbers in structural work—and when it comes to the following tasks, no one can outdo you:
- Quantity and unit price determination: Solid groundwork for reliable structural work cost estimates
- Overall cost estimation: Independently managing the cost estimation process while coordinating with all relevant disciplines
- Project selection: Actively participating in the evaluation and selection of suitable structural work projects, as well as attending project meetings
- Opportunities & Risks: Identifying and evaluating potential, risks, and cost increases
- Database Management: Maintaining and further developing our cost estimation databases
Your Profile
Your structured and methodical approach to work enables you to maintain a clear overview even during complex structural engineering projects. The following experience and knowledge round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering or architecture, or alternatively, certification as a state-certified construction technician
- Several years of professional experience in cost estimation, ideally with a focus on structural or building construction
- Experience with industry-specific software, e.g., RIB iTWO, is desirable
- Diligence, a sense of responsibility, and reliability
- Customer focus and the ability to work well in a team
