Your Responsibilities
You’re always on the lookout for new contacts to expand your network. After all, networking is the be-all and end-all of sales. In addition, the following tasks fall within your area of responsibility:
- Acquiring potential builders and investors
- Actively participating in project selection
- Providing project-specific advice and support to our clients
- Independently calculating costs for turnkey construction projects
Your Profile
As a strong communicator, you find it easy to engage with a wide variety of people. The following qualifications round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or architecture; a state-certified construction technician; or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the role described or a particularly strong affinity for this field
- Diligence, a sense of responsibility, and reliability
- Customer focus and the ability to work well in a team
