Your Responsibilities

For you, networking is the be-all and end-all of sales, and making new connections is what drives you. Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Business Development: You’ll attract potential builders and investors to LIST and strategically expand your network.
• Project Selection: You’ll play an active role in selecting suitable projects.
• Client Consulting: You advise and support our clients on a project-by-project basis, from the initial idea through to the proposal.
• Cost Estimation: You’ll independently prepare cost estimates for turnkey construction projects.

Your Profile

Your organized and methodical approach to work enables you to consistently achieve optimal results. The following experience and knowledge round out your profile:

• A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or architecture; a state-certified construction technician; or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the scope of this role, ideally with an established professional network
• Diligence, a sense of responsibility, and reliability
• Customer focus and the ability to work well in a team
