Your Responsibilities
You’re always on the lookout for new contacts to expand your network. After all, networking is the be-all and end-all of sales. In addition, the following tasks fall under your area of responsibility:
- Responsible for business development: You’ll be responsible for identifying potential builders and investors.
- Active role in project selection: You’ll play an active role in selecting projects.
- Consulting: You’ll advise and support our clients on a project-by-project basis.
- Independent Cost Estimation: You independently estimate costs for turnkey construction projects.
Your Profile
As a strong communicator, you find it easy to engage with a wide variety of people. The following points round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or architecture; a state-certified construction technician; or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the scope of this role, ideally with an established professional network
- Diligence, a sense of responsibility, and reliability
- Customer focus and the ability to work well in a team
