Your Responsibilities

You’re always on the lookout for new contacts to expand your network. After all, networking is the be-all and end-all of sales. In addition, the following tasks fall within your area of responsibility:

• Responsibility for acquiring potential developers and investors
• Actively participating in project selection
• Providing project-specific advice and support to our clients
• Independently preparing cost estimates for turnkey construction projects

Your Profile

As a strong communicator, you find it easy to engage with a wide variety of people. The following points round out your profile:

• A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or architecture; a state-certified construction technician; or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the role, ideally with an established network
• Diligence, a sense of responsibility, and reliability
• Customer focus and the ability to work well in a team
