A hallmark of LIST is interacting with one another as equals—our hierarchies are flat, and there’s no such thing as “you” versus “us.” We encourage open, interdisciplinary collaboration among colleagues, and we believe there’s no such thing as a “dumb” question. We consistently receive top ratings in employer reviews and have been recognized as a “TOP Company” by kununu for years.

Your Responsibilities

- Managing subcontractors: You clarify technical requirements, award contracts, and work closely with the procurement team
- Thinking economically: You bear technical and financial responsibility for your project—and consistently monitor costs, deadlines, and quality
- Supporting clients: You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for the client and coordinate regularly with specialist engineers
- Ensuring quality: You identify deviations early on and actively take corrective action—so that everything is just right in the end
Your Profile
You don’t just want to coordinate—you want to truly shape projects—with responsibility, a broad perspective, and a team behind you. Here’s what you bring to the table:

- You communicate clearly, persuasively, and with a service-oriented mindset—with clients, subcontractors, and your team
- You work in a structured, independent manner and uphold high quality standards
- You enjoy taking on responsibility and find creative freedom motivating rather than intimidating
- You’re a true team player—with the drive needed to move projects forward even during challenging phases
A career with substance—that’s why working at LIST is so rewarding:
You’ll have the chance to create something of substance—both architecturally and on a human level. Together with your team, you’ll design challenging projects that impress technically and inspire creatively. In the process, you’ll help develop processes, contribute your own ideas, and always have the support of your team.
