Your Responsibilities
As a project manager, you’ll take on leadership responsibility for your project team, and together you’ll bring every project to a successful conclusion:
- Take on overall responsibility: You’ll be responsible forthe entire construction process of turnkey industrial, logistics, and commercial properties
- Overseeing the contracting process: Together with the procurement team, you’ll clarify technical issues and oversee the awarding of subcontractor services
- Supporting clients: You’ll support the clients and coordinate closely with specialist engineers
- Managing quality, schedules, and costs: You keep all three factors under close watch and ensure consistent oversight
Your Profile
Do you stand out for your expertise and willingness to take on responsibility? Then you’re an ideal candidate for this position:
- You are a qualified architect or civil engineer with solid experience as a project manager in structural work, partial construction, and/or turnkey construction
- You’re known for your exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service
- Your work style is structured and independent
