Your Responsibilities
Get hands-on, help shape the project, and bring it to life—are you eager to breathe life into construction sites? With us, you’ll take responsibility for ensuring the smooth execution of our turnkey building construction projects—using technical expertise and genuine team spirit. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Coordinating subcontractors: You’ll manage and coordinate subcontractors directly on the construction site—in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner
- Collaborating with specialist engineers: You’ll coordinate closely with specialist engineers and ensure that all trades work together seamlessly
- Supporting the awarding of contracts: You’ll play an active role in the technical clarification and awarding of subcontractor services
- Ensuring quality and meeting deadlines: You consistently keep a close eye on both—and take early corrective action if anything gets out of hand
Your Profile
You’re an organized person with an eye for detail and want to make a real difference on construction sites. Here’s what you bring to the table:
- You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or as a state-certified technician
- You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain a clear overview even when managing multiple construction sites
- You have a service-oriented approach—toward clients, subcontractors, and your team
- You approach challenges with a positive attitude and find solutions instead of making excuses
- You’re willing to travel
