We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!
A hallmark of LIST is interacting with one another as equals—our hierarchies are flat, and there’s no such thing as “you” versus “us.” We encourage open, interdisciplinary exchange among colleagues, and we believe there’s no such thing as a “dumb” question. We consistently receive top ratings in employer reviews and have been recognized as a “TOP Company” by kununu for years.

Your Responsibilities
Data centers aren’t ordinary construction sites—they’re the infrastructure that powers the digital world. At LIST, you’ll oversee such projects from the first shovel in the ground to the handover of the keys. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing the construction process: Coordinating and monitoring the entire project workflow on-site—with a focus on costs, deadlines, and quality.
- Ensuring quality: You’ll inspect materials and workmanship according to applicable standards and regulations—and follow up if something isn’t right.
- Managing subcontractors: Coordinating and leading construction meetings with subcontractors and suppliers—from the start of construction through to final acceptance.
- Managing Defects: Identifying, documenting, and following up on defects—consistently and with a focus on solutions.
- Ensuring safety: As the responsible site manager, you ensure that everything runs safely on your construction site.
Your Profile
Do you have experience on complex construction sites and know what matters when the demands are high? You also bring the following:
- A degree in civil engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable field—or, alternatively, vocational training supplemented by technical continuing education
- Professional experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally in the data center sector or similarly complex special-purpose buildings
- Proficiency with MS Office, as well as a technical understanding of construction principles, construction processes, and building codes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner even under pressure
- Ability to work independently, flexibility, and a valid driver’s license, as your construction sites are located throughout Germany
Does this sound like your next project? Then we look forward to getting to know you. The future of construction starts with the right people—build your career with LIST!
