Your Responsibilities
Do you have a good head for numbers and know how to evaluate projects from a financial perspective? Then you’ve come to the right place:
- Cost estimation for turnkey construction projects—from the initial key figures to the final proposal
- Active involvement in project selection—your assessment matters and influences which projects we undertake
- Providing expert advice and support to our clients on all costing-related matters—in a spirit of partnership and on an equal footing
- Targeted acquisition of new clients—you identify opportunities and actively expand our network
- Maintaining and further developing our cost estimation databases—so our foundational data remains up-to-date and reliable
Your Profile
Do you work in a structured way, think like an entrepreneur, and have a genuine passion for Construction? Here’s what else you should bring to the table:
- A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience as a cost estimator in the construction industry—you’re familiar with the processes and know what matters
- A strong aptitude for numbers combined with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with quantity surveying and cost estimation tools—ideally, you have experience with RIB iTWO
- Technical understanding of construction projects and their economic implications
