Your Responsibilities

You are the driving force behind our IT infrastructure—from strategy to day-to-day operations. As IT Director, you’ll ensure that our IT landscape remains stable, secure, and future-proof. Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Overall responsibility forIT infrastructure: managing network, server, cloud, workplace, and security operations, as well as continuous development
• Cloud transformation: Planning and managing our cloud migration in collaboration with our implementation partners
• IT Service Management: Implementing a modern ITSM system and establishing professional processes for the service desk and infrastructure—from incident management to self-service
• Team Leadership & Development: Leading a motivated team of system and security specialists, network and workplace analysts, and IT service desk staff, and actively promoting their professional development
• Security & Compliance: Consistent implementation of IT security and compliance requirements to ensure a high level of security
• Service Provider Management: Managing external IT service providers, vendors, and technology partners with a clear focus on SLA and performance management

Your Profile

Are you an IT Manager with a hands-on approach? Do you think strategically, act pragmatically, and enjoy developing a team and driving technology forward? With these skills, you’re the perfect fit for us:

• Several years of experience leading IT infrastructure teams in mid-sized organizations
• In-depth knowledge of modern infrastructure architectures (on-premises, cloud, hybrid) and hands-on experience with cloud transformation projects (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS)
• Hands-on experience in IT service management according to ITIL and with ITSM tools such as Topdesk, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make structured decisions even under pressure
• Very good understanding of IT security in an infrastructure context (Zero Trust, IAM, endpoint security, network segmentation)
