Your Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for the operation, further development, and transformation of the company’s applications. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Overall Responsibility forEnterprise Applications: Strategic and operational responsibility for ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, and central enterprise systems
- Data Management & Analytics Platforms: Strategic and operational responsibility for data management, data engineering, BI & BA, reporting, and the company-wide data hub—including further development, governance, integration, and scaling to support business growth
- System Harmonization: Phasing out siloed solutions, consolidating to the target architecture, and establishing a professional application lifecycle management framework (Run vs. Change)
- Integration & Data Architecture: Interface and integration architecture, master data management, and data standards
- Leadership & Resource Planning: Disciplinary and technical leadership of approximately 7 employees plus external service providers—team structure, skill development, role clarification
- Governance & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, and GDPR requirements in the application context
Your Profile
You’re not just familiar with enterprise applications in theory—you’ve managed, transformed, and further developed them. Are you also eager to help a strong team grow? Then, with this experience and knowledge, you’ll be a perfect fit for us:
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field with relevant coursework
- Several years of experience leading enterprise application teams in mid-sized organizations
- In-depth knowledge of ERP and enterprise application landscapes (e.g., SAP, RIB, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and their strategic development
- Proven experience in harmonizing heterogeneous system landscapes and establishing a professional application operating model
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end process and data integration
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, excellent communication skills at the management level
- Basic understanding of relevant compliance standards: ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR
