Your Responsibilities
Data centers are one of the most exciting growth markets in Construction—complex, demanding, and fast-paced. At LIST, we’re actively expanding this division—as a Division Manager, you’ll take responsibility for people, projects, and strategy:
- Team building & personnel management: Disciplinary leadership and targeted team development—identifying potential, fostering talent, and driving growth
- Managing Resources & Projects: Evaluating new projects, resource planning, and resource allocation
- Project Support: Assisting project managers in communicating with clients and participating in client meetings
- Ensuring Legal Clarity: Resolving legal matters such as notices of obstruction and notices of default
- Staying Close to the Action: Monthly project meetings, regular stand-ups, and site visits
Your Profile
You’ve already taken on responsibility—for projects, for teams, for results. And you know that good leadership isn’t a matter of chance:
- A college degree, ideally in construction or engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in managing or leading data center projects
- Proven leadership experience: team leadership and development
- Confident demeanor and diplomatic skills—with clients, partners, and your own team
- Decisive, approachable, with technical and business acumen
