Your Responsibilities
You always find your way through the jungle of numbers, and when it comes to the following tasks, no one can outdo you. Your responsibilities will include:
- Independent Cost Estimation: You’ll independently estimate costs for turnkey construction projects.
- Active project selection: You’ll play an active role in selecting projects.
- Providing Expert Advice: You’ll advise and support our clients on a project-by-project basis.
- Passionate about clientacquisition: You’re passionate about acquiring new clients.
- Databases under control: You’ll be responsible for managing the databases.
Your Profile
Your organized and methodical approach to work enables you to consistently achieve optimal results. The following experience and knowledge round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering or architecture, or certification as a state-certified construction technician
- Several years of professional experience in a role aligned with this job description, with a focus on residential construction and hospitality
- Experience with industry-specific software such as RIB iTWO is desirable
- Diligence, a sense of responsibility, and reliability
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work well in a team
