Your Responsibilities

Do you find networking easy, and do you always come away with new ideas from professional exchanges with colleagues? You’ll also find yourself in the following responsibilities:

• Independent cost estimation: You’ll independently estimate the costs for earthwork, civil engineering, and road construction.
• Active coordination: You’ll actively coordinate with your team as well as the specialized departments of the construction company carrying out the project.
• Developing concepts: You’ll develop civil engineering concepts and design feasible custom solutions.
• Building a network: You’ll build and expand a network of partner companies and engineers.
• Supporting Sales: You’ll support the sales teams of the construction companies carrying out the projects, advise clients during the design phase, and contribute to drafting contracts with the project owners.
• Keeping an Eye on Opportunities and Risks: You identify and evaluate opportunities, risks, and cost increases, and optimize them.

Your Profile

Thanks to your structured approach to work, you always find your way through the jungle of numbers. The following points round out your profile:

• A degree in civil engineering or architecture, or certification as a state-certified construction technician with a focus on civil engineering
• Several years of professional experience in civil engineering, ideally in cost estimation
• Experience with industry-specific software (e.g., RIB iTWO) is desirable
• Diligence, a sense of responsibility, and reliability
• Business acumen and an interest in optimization
• Customer-oriented and a team player
