Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) Residential Construction
LIST Bau Nordhorn is one of the general contractors within the LIST Gruppe. The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms, with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. Everything we do is focused on offering better real estate. We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!
A hallmark of LIST is interacting with one another as equals—our hierarchies are flat, and there’s no such thing as “you” versus “us.” We encourage open, interdisciplinary collaboration among colleagues, and we believe there’s no such thing as a “dumb” question. We consistently receive top ratings in employer reviews and have been recognized by kununu as a “TOP Company” for years.
Join the LIST team and help us with the construction of better real estate!
Your Responsibilities
You’re the one who sets the tone on the construction site: You organize, lead, and make sure that something is built by the end of the day. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the construction process: You plan and manage workflows on the construction site independently—keeping an eye on deadlines, costs, and quality
- Supervising execution: You ensure that construction work is carried out carefully, in compliance with standards, and safely
- Leading the team: You guide and support new colleagues directly on-site—with experience, clarity, and reliability
- Coordinating subcontractors: You are the primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers on the construction site
- Ensuring safety: You are responsible for workplace safety on your construction site—and take this responsibility seriously
- Managing Deficiencies: You identify problems early, document them, and ensure they are resolved
Your Profile
You know what matters on a construction site: clear instructions, safe procedures, and a team that trusts you. With these strengths, you’re a great fit for us:
- You have completed technical or vocational training and have further training as a foreman or master craftsman
- You have several years of construction site experience as a foreman or site manager
- You’re well-versed in occupational health and safety—and lead by example
- You organize, lead, and always keep the end result in mind
- You’re reliable, resilient, and approach even stressful situations in a structured manner
- You have a driver’s license and are willing to travel occasionally
A career with substance—that’s why working at LIST is so rewarding:
Site management at LIST means you’re right in the thick of things—not just on the sidelines—as an organizational whiz and a driving force. You shape processes and see the results of your work every day. No two days are alike—and that’s exactly what makes it exciting. Your dedication makes a difference—and we value it here.
