Your Responsibilities
At LIST, you’ll take responsibility for the entire construction process on turnkey projects—with real creative freedom and a team that’s got your back. Here’s what you can expect:
- Managing the construction process: Independently planning and managing workflows.
- Supervising execution: Ensuring the careful, code-compliant, and safe implementation of all construction work.
- Leading the team: Guiding and supporting new colleagues directly on-site—with experience, clarity, and reliability.
- Coordinating subcontractors: Serving as the central point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers on the construction site.
- Ensuring safety: Taking responsibility for workplace safety—and leading by example every day.
- Manage Deficiencies: Identify problems early, document them thoroughly, and follow up consistently.
Your Profile
You know what matters on a construction site: clear instructions, safe procedures, and a team that trusts you. With these strengths, you’re a great fit for us:
- Completed technical or vocational training with further education to become a foreman or master craftsman
- Several years of construction site experience as a foreman or site manager with
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety—and you lead by example
- You organize, lead, and always keep the end result in mind
- You’re reliable, resilient, and approach even stressful situations in a structured way
