Your Responsibilities

You’ll take on technical and managerial responsibilities for structural and finishing work in turnkey construction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently planning and managing workflows on the construction site
  • Ensuring that construction work is carried out carefully and safely
  • Training new colleagues on the construction site
  • Organizational tasks

Your Profile

You have an eye for detail and always focus on quality. The following experience and skills round out your profile:

  • Completed training as a foreman, ideally a master craftsman certification or vocational training (e.g., mason, carpenter, reinforced concrete worker), as well as prior professional experience
  • Organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Motivation and reliability, innovative thinking, and a solution-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel and work on large-scale construction sites nationwide
