Your Responsibilities
You always find your way through the jungle of numbers, and when it comes to the following tasks, no one can outdo you:
- Quantity takeoff and unit price calculation
- Independently managing a comprehensive cost estimate involving all relevant disciplines
- Actively participating in project selection and attending project meetings
- Identifying and evaluating opportunities, risks, and cost increases
- Managing the databases
Your Profile
Your organized and methodical approach to work enables you to consistently achieve optimal results. The following experience and knowledge round out your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering or architecture, or certification as a state-certified construction technician
- Several years of professional experience in the role, ideally with an established professional network
- Experience with industry-specific software, such as RIB iTWO, is desirable
- Conscientiousness, a sense of responsibility, and reliability
- Customer focus and the ability to work well in a team
