Your Responsibilities
Think proactively. Help plan. Help shape the future—do you juggle numbers with ease and enjoy thinking a few steps ahead? Then bring your skills to our exciting expansion projects—from the initial idea to the final decision. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing cost estimates: You’ll independently calculate costs for turnkey construction projects—precisely, systematically, and with an eye for the big picture
- Incorporating BIM into Cost Estimation: You’ll actively use Building Information Modeling (BIM) in cost estimation, thereby driving modern work methods forward
- Helping to select projects: You’ll play an active role in project selection—your input matters from the very beginning
- Advising clients: You’ll advise and support our clients on a project-by-project basis—in a solution-oriented manner and as an equal partner
- Developing new business: You’ll help acquire new clients and actively expand our network
- Maintain databases: You’ll be responsible for our cost estimation databases and ensure that our foundational data remains reliable
Your Profile
Precision meets foresight—that’s your strength. Here’s what you bring to the table:
- You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a qualification as a state-certified construction technician
- You have several years of professional experience in cost estimation—ideally with an existing network in the industry
- You work conscientiously, responsibly, and reliably
- You have a customer-focused mindset and enjoy working as part of a team
- You’re familiar with industry-specific software such as RIB iTWO—or are willing to learn it quickly
- You’re open to new methods and enthusiastic about BIM
