Team Leader (m/f/d) Sales and Cost Estimating for MEP
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide expert engineering services to the construction companies of the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

Your Responsibilities
As a team leader, you’ll be responsible for the MEP sales and cost estimation team and will serve as the point of contact for clients and construction companies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the weekly cost estimation meeting
- Quality control / verifying the accuracy of cost estimation results within the team
- Establishing and expanding the MEP cost estimation process
- Developing and implementing a new costing tool
- Contributing to the development and optimization of internal processes
Your Profile
With your expertise and wealth of experience, you bring exactly the right mix of know-how and personality to help drive the MEP sales and costing team forward:
- Completed training as a master electrician, technical training, or a degree in electrical engineering or utility engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in sales and costing for MEP engineering in the general contractor (GU) sector
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and an eye for detail
- An independent, structured, and cost-conscious approach to work
- Enjoyment of sharing knowledge within the team
