As Head of Architecture, you’ll be responsible for a strong department and support the executive team in day-to-day operations. You’ll create the framework that allows our planning teams to perform at their best:

• Leadership: You provide professional and disciplinary leadership to the architecture team, actively foster your employees’ development, and manage capacity and budgets proactively.
• Strategy and Structure: Together with management, you’ll contribute to the company’s goals and establish processes and standards.
• Projects and Costs: You keep a close eye on project costing and project controlling to ensure both cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Coordination and Representation: You’ll work closely with in-house departments as well as external specialists—and represent the department in dealings with LIST construction companies, clients, and government agencies.
• Networking and Development: You’ll maintain contacts with architects, specialist planners, and manufacturers while continuing to expand the network.

For this position, you bring leadership experience in the architectural field as well as a keen understanding of economic and structural relationships. If you’re also a team player, you’ve come to the right place:

• A successfully completed degree in architecture or civil engineering
• Substantial professional experience in the aforementioned field, ideally with a focus on industrial construction
• Experience in the technical or disciplinary leadership of teams
• Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work—even when managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to handle pressure and experience with common design software such as ArchiCAD
