LIST Bau Holding serves as the central point of contact for all construction projects within the List Gruppe. We support our general contractors and coordinate operational tasks. Your Responsibilities
A robust network is of central importance—in your role as a strategic buyer for building envelopes and light-gauge metal construction, you’ll build and maintain a suitable network of subcontractors over the long term. In addition, the following responsibilities fall within your scope:
- Procurement processes under control: You’ll manage and implement the defined procurement processes for building envelopes and lightweight metal construction.
- Keeping an eye on bids: You’ll analyze bids and compare them with the respective project budgets.
- Strong negotiation skills required: You will conduct price and contract award negotiations.
- Managing Contracts: You initiate contracts and place orders.
- Clarification Needed: You conduct technical clarification meetings.
Your Profile
Your motto: Tough on the issues, gentle with people—has this approach often helped you achieve your goals? The following points round out your profile as a strategic buyer:
- Completed training in a technical or business field
- Professional experience as a site manager for building envelopes/lightweight metal construction or as a specialized site manager for building envelopes/lightweight metal construction, ideally with procurement experience
- Knowledge of contract and procurement law is desirable
- A structured and independent work style
- Confidence in negotiations and the ability to assert yourself
