Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) MEP
LIST Bau Holding serves as the central point of contact for all construction projects within the List Gruppe. We support our general contractors and coordinate operational tasks. Drawing on our technical expertise and market knowledge, we make the right decisions at the right time. This enables us to ensure short lines of communication.
The List Gruppe comprises several general contractors, as well as development, consulting, and planning firms, with a total of over 800 employees. Your Responsibilities
Networking is key—as a strategic MEP buyer, you’ll build and maintain a network of qualified subcontractors. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Managing and implementing the defined procurement processes for MEP
- Analyzing bids and comparing them with the respective project budgets
- Conducting price and contract award negotiations
- Issuing the contract and placing the order
- Conducting technical clarification meetings
Your Profile
Your motto: Tough on the issues, gentle with people—has this approach often helped you achieve your goals? The following points round out your profile as a strategic buyer:
- Completed training in a technical or business field
- Professional experience as a MEP construction manager or MEP project manager, ideally with experience in procurement
- Knowledge of contract and procurement law is desirable
- Structured and independent work style
- Confidence in negotiations and the ability to get things done
