Your Role

Following our expansions in Nordhorn, Bielefeld, and Hamburg, we’re now growing our team in the south. As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for recruiting in München and Bietigheim-Bissingen—with plenty of freedom to contribute your own ideas and drive change:

• Candidate Management: You’ll actively guide and manage the entire application process—from pre-screening and interviews to advising the business units.
• Active Sourcing: You’ll proactively identify suitable candidates through social media channels and contact them directly.
• Networking: You’ll represent LIST at trade shows and events and continuously expand our talent pool.
• Process Optimization: Existing recruiting processes will be further developed in collaboration with you—using modern solutions and keeping an eye on current trends.

Your Profile

Building the future, finding talent: Is recruiting more to you than just reviewing resumes? Do you want to shape, network, and make a difference? With the following experience and knowledge, you’ll be a perfect fit for us:

• Completed vocational training or a degree with a focus on human resources, business psychology, or a comparable qualification
• Substantial professional experience (at least 5 years) in recruiting, ideally in the construction industry
• Proficient in active sourcing and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), as well as enthusiasm for current trends in talent acquisition
• Willingness to travel as needed between the München and Bietigheim-Bissingen locations
• A team player with a commitment to the job and a passion for what you do
