Your Role
Following our expansions in Nordhorn, Bielefeld, and Hamburg, we’re now growing our team in the south. As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for recruiting in München and Bietigheim-Bissingen—with plenty of freedom to contribute your own ideas and drive change:
- Candidate Management: You’ll actively guide and manage the entire application process—from initial screening and interviews to advising the business units.
- Active Sourcing: You’ll proactively identify suitable candidates through social media channels and contact them directly.
- Networking: You’ll represent LIST at trade shows and events and continuously expand our talent pool.
- Process Optimization: Existing recruiting processes will be further developed in collaboration with you—using modern solutions and keeping an eye on current trends.
Your Profile
Building the future, finding talent: Is recruiting more than just reviewing resumes to you? Do you want to shape, network, and make a difference? With the following experience and knowledge, you’ll be a great fit for us:
- Completed vocational training or a college degree with a focus on human resources, business psychology, or a comparable qualification
- Substantial professional experience (at least 5 years) in recruiting, ideally in the construction industry
- Proficiency in active sourcing and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), as well as enthusiasm for current trends in talent acquisition
- Willingness to travel as needed between our locations in München and Bietigheim-Bissingen
- A team player with a commitment to the job and a passion for what you do
