Your Responsibilities

As a project manager at LIST, you’ll assume full financial and technical responsibility for your construction projects. Here’s what to expect:

• Project Management: You’ll be responsible for the entire construction process—from the design phase through execution to final acceptance and defect rectification.
• Team leadership: You’ll be in charge of the technical leadership of the construction site team (construction management, specialized construction management, and site supervision).
• Subcontractor Management: Your responsibilitiesinclude managing, coordinating, and monitoring contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Client Communication: You will represent LIST professionally in dealings with clients, government agencies, and external project stakeholders.
• Financial Management: You will be responsible for ongoing cost control, project billing, and the early identification of risks and opportunities.
• Quality & Safety: By ensuring that work quality complies with VOB and applicable standards, you will maintain a safe construction site.

Your Profile

You bring extensive experience in project management and know how to lead complex construction projects to completion in a structured manner:

• A degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction or project management, preferably in turnkey building construction
• In-depth knowledge of VOB, building codes, contract management, and handling contract amendments
• Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
• A structured, results-oriented approach to work—even in complex project situations
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally during the week
