Your Responsibilities
You’re the one who sets the tone on the construction site: You organize, lead, and make sure something gets done by the end of the day. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the construction process: You’ll independently plan and manage workflows on the construction site—keeping an eye on deadlines, costs, and quality
- Supervising execution: You ensure that construction work is carried out carefully, in compliance with standards, and safely
- Leading the team: You lead and support new colleagues directly on-site—with experience, clarity, and reliability
- Coordinating subcontractors: You are the primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers on the construction site
- Ensure safety: You are responsible for workplace safety on your construction site—and take this responsibility seriously
- Managing Defects: You identify problems early, document them, and ensure they are resolved
Your Profile
You know what matters on a construction site: clear instructions, safe procedures, and a team that trusts you. With these strengths, you’re a great fit for us:
- You have completed technical or vocational training and have further training as a foreman or master craftsman
- You have several years of construction site experience as a foreman or site manager
- You’re well-versed in occupational health and safety—and lead by example
- You organize, lead, and always keep the end result in mind
- You’re reliable, resilient, and approach even stressful situations in a structured way
- You have a driver’s license and are willing to travel occasionally
