Your Responsibilities
As a project manager at LIST, you’ll assume full financial and technical responsibility for your construction projects. Here’s what you can expect:
- Project Management: You’ll be responsible for the entire construction process—from the design phase through execution to final inspection and defect rectification.
- Team leadership: You’ll be in charge of the technical leadership of the construction site team (construction management, specialized construction management, site supervision).
- Subcontractor Management: Your responsibilities include managing, coordinating, and monitoring contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Client Communication: You will professionally represent LIST in dealings with clients, government agencies, and external project stakeholders.
- Financial Management: You will be responsible for ongoing cost control, project billing, and the early identification of risks and opportunities.
- Quality & Safety: By ensuring that work quality complies with VOB and applicable standards, you ensure a safe construction site.
Your Profile
You have extensive experience in project management and know how to bring complex construction projects to a successful conclusion in a structured manner:
- A degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience in construction or project management, preferably in turnkey building construction
- In-depth knowledge of VOB, building codes, contract management, and handling contract amendments
- Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
- A structured, results-oriented approach to work—even in complex project situations
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally during the week
