MEP Engineer (m/f/d) – Electrical Engineering / Utility Systems
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide qualified engineering expertise to the construction companies of the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we can best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning at Service Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

Your Responsibilities
You always find your way through the jungle of numbers, and when it comes to the following tasks, no one can outdo you:
- Independent cost estimation for MEP projects—depending on your technical background, in the fields of HVAC (heating, ventilation, plumbing, and refrigeration) or electrical engineering
- Developing and comparing MEP concepts during the cost estimation phase
- Presenting cost-effectiveness concepts
- Supporting the sales team and advising clients during the design phase of MEP projects
- Participating in the drafting of contracts with building owners and in price negotiations with subcontractors
Your Profile
Your organized and methodical approach to work enables you to consistently achieve optimal results. The following experience and knowledge round out your profile:
- A degree in engineering or a technical degree in electrical engineering or building services engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge relevant to the job description as a cost estimator or a particularly strong affinity for this field
- A solution-oriented and self-directed approach, as well as creativity for conceptual work
- Strong aptitude for working with numbers and enjoyment of teamwork
