Specialist Planner (m/f/d) for MEP Bidding and Contracting
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide expert engineering services to the construction companies of the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning at Service Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

Your Responsibilities
As a Specialist Planner (m/f/d) in the Tendering and Contracting department, you’ll work very closely with various project teams. Your responsibilities will include the following tasks, among others:
- Preparing requests for proposals for HVAC and electrical/lighting/telecommunications services
- Assisting with procurement processes
- Quantity surveying and developing templates
- Cost estimation based on the request for proposals and cost control
Your Profile
You’re eager to support our team, and your profile is rounded out by the following experience and skills:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in MEP (building services), utility engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Experience in tendering and awarding contracts for HVAC and/or electrical engineering services
- Proficiency with AVA software, ideally RIB iTWO
- A structured and independent work style, along with cost awareness and a passion for working in project teams
