Commissioning Manager (m/f/d) MEP
At LIST Ingenieure, we provide qualified engineering expertise to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for property investors and users. Your Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the commissioning of MEP systems—from coordination through handover. This includes the following tasks:
- Preparing, carrying out, and documenting the commissioning of MEP systems for the companies of the List Gruppe
- Coordinating with planning stakeholders, the on-site MEP management team, construction and project management, as well as participating in meetings with MEP subcontractors
- Creating checklists for the commissioning of MEP systems
- Coordinating and participating in expert inspections of MEP systems: sprinkler systems, electrical systems, ventilation systems, fire alarm systems, security systems, etc.
- Assistance with rectifying defects following handover to the client
Your Profile
This position requires both technical expertise and organizational and communication skills. The following requirements should be met:
- A college degree, journeyman’s or master’s certification, technical training in building services engineering, electrical engineering, building systems engineering, measurement and control technology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical engineering, sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of standards, regulations, and guidelines for building services engineering
- A structured and independent work style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to assert oneself when dealing with project stakeholders
- Solution-oriented thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work on construction sites
