Technical Systems Planner (m/f/d) for Building Services Engineering

At LIST Ingenieure, we provide qualified engineering expertise to the construction companies within the List Gruppe. This allows us to play a very special role for real estate investors and building users. Through the seamless integration of architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, and structural engineering, we are able to best meet the needs of building users. We begin planning in Phase 0, using 3D modeling and BIM methods.

As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. Everything we do is focused on delivering better real estate. Your Responsibilities

You’ll work as part of a team on the continuous development of our BIM processes. Your daily responsibilities will also include:

  • Developing conceptual, design, and construction plans
  • Creating and editing 3D models and 2D drawings
  • Modeling within the BIM process
  • Assisting with the preparation of bill of quantities and cost estimates for quantity takeoff
  • Maintaining our 2D and 3D databases

Your Profile

You’re able to identify the pitfalls and challenges of a project early on and immediately come up with ideas for how to solve them. In addition, you possess the following qualities and skills:

  • Completed training as a Technical Systems Planner or Technical Draftsman/Draughtswoman
  • Professional experience in the field of building services engineering
  • Proficiency in Plancal Nova is desirable
  • Enjoy working in project teams
