Property Manager (m/f/d) – After-Sales / Facility Management
LIST Bau Nordhorn is one of the general contractors within the LIST Gruppe. The LIST Gruppe comprises several general contractors as well as development, consulting, and planning firms, with a total of over 800 employees. As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, build, and revitalize real estate throughout Germany. Everything we do is focused on offering better real estate. We place a high priority on sustainability and digitalization!
A hallmark of LIST is treating everyone as equals—our hierarchies are flat, and there’s no such thing as “you” versus “us.” We encourage open, interdisciplinary collaboration among colleagues, and we believe there’s no such thing as a “dumb” question. We consistently receive top ratings in employer evaluations and have been recognized as a “TOP Company” by kununu for years.
Join the LIST team and help us with the construction of better real estate!
Your Responsibilities
You’ll take on responsibility where others have already checked the project off their list:
- Project ownership: Independently managing warranty and defect resolution for your projects—from reporting to resolution.
- Customer contact: You’ll be the first point of contact for technical questions after handover—competent, courteous, and solution-oriented.
- Defect remediation: Managing subcontractors and accompanying on-site inspections with experts, even when disputes arise.
- Maintenance management: Coordinating maintenance cycles, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining an overview of technical systems.
- Communication: Facilitating the flow of information between clients, subcontractors, and internal departments—you’ll keep everything running smoothly.
Your Profile
A sense of responsibility, a commitment to service, and self-organization form the foundation of your approach. Your profile is further enhanced by the following experience and skills:
- A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or facility management—or, alternatively, advanced training as a technician or master craftsman in building construction, MEP, or comparable fields
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in turnkey construction, e.g., as a construction manager
- Proficiency in all standard MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel 2 to 3 days a week
For you, is the handover not the end of the project? With a keen eye for detail and a strong customer focus, you’ll handle after-sales service and ensure a lasting relationship with the customer.
