Your Responsibilities
You’ll keep everything running smoothly on the construction site—from the initial meeting through final inspection. Your responsibilities will include the following
- Coordination & Management: You’ll manage and coordinate workflows on the construction site in close collaboration with our construction and project management teams.
- Quality Management: Material inspections according to specifications and plan reviews are part of your daily routine—you ensure that quality is never left to chance.
- Subcontractor Coordination: You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors on the job site.
- Construction Site Safety: You bear primary responsibility for ensuring safe construction operations on-site.
- Defect Management: You identifydefects , document them accurately, and consistently follow up on their resolution.
Your Profile
You know construction sites not just from textbooks. What you bring to the table:
- A completed technical education or continuing education in construction—the path to this can vary
- Initial professional experience on a construction site is a plus, but not a requirement—a willingness to learn counts more
- You communicate clearly, present yourself confidently, and know how to interact with subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies as an equal
- For you, working in an organized manner, taking initiative, and being able to handle pressure aren’t just buzzwords—they’re part of your everyday reality
- You have a driver’s license and are willing to travel to construction sites throughout Germany
