Your Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for the operational construction management of turnkey renovation projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Coordinating with specialist engineers
- Assisting with technical clarification and the awarding of subcontractor contracts
- Quality and schedule control
Your Profile
You feel most at home right on the construction site, because that’s where you have everything in view. The following points round out your profile:
- Trained architect, civil engineer, or construction technician, ideally with professional experience
- A structured and independent work style
- Strong customer-service orientation and high level of commitment
- Willingness to travel and work on-site (approx. 350 km) during the week
