Your Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for the operational construction management of turnkey existing-stock projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Coordination with specialist engineers
- Assisting with technical clarification and the awarding of subcontractor services
- Quality and schedule control
Your Profile
You feel most at home right on the construction site, because that’s where you have a clear view of everything. The following points round out your profile:
- Trained architect, civil engineer, or construction technician, ideally with professional experience
- A structured and independent work style
- Strong customer-service orientation and a high level of commitment
- Willingness to travel and work on-site during the week
